Staffing Coordinator

Our Community has an opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will develop and continually monitor the work schedules for the nursing department to meet customer care needs. This includes adjusting staffing according to available staff and reporting changes to supervisors, verifying hours worked daily, bonus hours, overtime hours and benefit days and calculating staffing based on adjusted census daily.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge and understanding of the principle of scheduling and staffing
Able to understand and maintain staffing needs within regulatory guidelines with regards to daily staffing
Able to relate positively with others and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of computer systems preferred
Ability to work scheduled hours and take on call as needed
