Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)
The Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) will supervise nursing personnel, participates in MDS and care planning for residents with wounds, serve an integral role in the staff training and hiring process, and deliver direct care to all residents. The ideal Wound Care Nurse will share our vision to provide the very best in patient care.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in our state
- At least one-year experience in a long-term skilled nursing community
- Able to relate positively and favorably to customers and families and to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrate understanding of state and federal rules and regulations that govern the practices of the facility
We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
