Rite Window is looking for an accounting clerk to join our team in our Woburn office. This person will report to our CFO and assist our accounting and payroll departments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Payable
• General Ledger/Journal Entries
• Preparing Bank Deposits
• Investigate/Resolve Discrepancies
• Fixed Assets
• Cross Train to back up payroll and benefits management utilizing ADP WorkForceNow
• Other projects/Duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

• 3-5 years Accounting experience
• Experience with AP
• Proficient with Accounting Software, Excel, and other MS Office Products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
