We’re looking for Contract On-Site Assistant to join our team in Warner Robins, Georgia.
The Opportunity:
The On-Site Assistant (OSA) position requires a medium level of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel when asked. OSAs with a basic knowledge of construction, agricultural, and transportation equipment is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, able to manage a heavy on-site workload with the many administrative tasks necessary to the position. As they are the face of the company, OSAs must conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism at all times.
Here is what you'll do:
Schedule workdays with their site lead
Complete decal removal on items
Perform general labour as needed
Inspect construction, agricultural equipment, heavy highway and construction trucks to report the condition of major components and systems
Operate vehicles, forklifts, loaders, and other types of heavy equipment
Complete inspection evaluation forms, takes pictures and oil samples, using an iPad to submit inspection for an internal quality control team to review
Communicate effectively via email and phone with office staff and customers regarding schedule and other details of the inspection process
Coordinate item removals with buyers and transportation companies
Assist with inventory control and accuracy
Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
Here's what you bring:
High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
