Rising Realty Partners is currently seeking to fill a Property Accountant position within our small team of professionals in our DTLA office. This position requires 3 years of corporate and/or property accounting experience. The Property Accountant will be responsible for working closely with our Property Management team for property accounting responsibilities on Commercial and Industrial buildings and will report directly to the Controller of the company. This is a hybrid position and will be required to come into the office at least three times a week.
