ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Portfolio Manager is a member of the management team that will manage approximately 700 residential units encompassing LIHTC units, Senior Housing/Assisted living facilities and scattered-site residential and retail properties.
Responsible for the oversight of the physical maintenance, compliance and financial programs of their assigned RB real estate portfolio. Guarantee HQS/Section 8 standards are met to minimize failed inspections. Specific Responsibilities include:
