We are currently seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for real estate, and excellent communication skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify their housing needs, conducting property showings, and negotiating agreements.

• Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets
• Work closely with our team to ensure successful market entry
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in new markets, including real estate agents, developers, and local government officials
• Represent our company in new markets and promote our services to potential clients
• Provide ongoing support to agents in new markets to ensure success
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns in new markets

• New York State Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with New York City neighborhoods and real estate market trends
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
