Position Title: Accounting Manager

Department: Accounting

Location: Columbus, IN

Job Summary and Primary Objectives

 Responsible for managing the overall RFI Financial Status of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Annual Budgeting, and Loaning including Receivable, Payable, Costing, and other essential Financial Elements.

Main and Misc Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Whole responsibility for oversee and manage Income Statement, balance Sheet and Cash Flow chart monthly and annually
• Cash management in conjunction with Receivable, Payable, Costing and Loaning, and other related financial elements
• Supports RFI President in providing financial direction and goal to each cost center and participating in annual budgeting to achieve the RFI Financial Goals.
• Oversees the total cost structure and status of RFI products and makes advice and suggestion of improving the cost efficiency to meet RFI targets
• Manages Capital Investment
• Annual Financial Closing with the outside auditor and provides financial report to the shareholder meeting
• Make advice and suggestion to RFI President to steer the RFI financial direction on right track in maintaining the RFI break-even-point and overseeing the monthly-base financial status
• Supervise A/P, A/R, and Assistant MGR

Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of Finance

Experience Required

• 5 years key accounting background and experience with US Automotive Industry and strong demonstration of required competencies.
• 5 years of management experience
