The Staff Accountant will be a key member of RHR’s Accounting and Finance team. This role
will be responsible for the complete revenue cycle, including interaction with Sales and
Solutions, invoicing, cash collection, revenue recognition, and deferred revenue analysis. This
position will also assist in the month-end close – including preparing journal entries and
preparing balance sheet account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will: be a team player, have
an in-depth knowledge of GAAP, have experience in a fast-paced environment and be passionate
about our business and our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Manage all aspects of the Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, cash collection,
revenue recognition, and deferred revenue analysis
● Support timely month-end close process, including account reconciliations
● Manage expense reimbursement process
● Assist in annual financial audits and prepare audit reports and schedules as necessary
● Involvement with business registrations (including taxes) and state tax compliance
● Assist with the design, implementation, and management of a scalable system of internal
controls
● Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system
● Assist in streamlining processes and process improvement in general
● Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Required Education and Skills:
● Degree in Accounting or Finance
● 2 - 5 years of progressive accounting experience
● Strong working knowledge of GAAP concepts, financial reporting, full cycle accounting
and month-end close process
● Strong working knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables
● Attention to detail, accuracy, interpersonal and communication skills
● Adhere to highest ethical standards and integrity

Additional Skills preferred:
● Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and ERP systems such as NetSuite
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadline
pressure
