As a Caregiver with Right at Home, you will build relationships, expand the quality of life, and support the senior population who need affection and care. Your purpose will be to help these individuals enjoy life by supporting them throughout their daily activities. This will include tasks such as meal preparation, local transportation, companionship, and medication reminders. Your kindness as a CNA/PCA will shine happiness into the lives of clients you assist by, supporting them to feel encouraged and live as independent as possible.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to be the Lead Caregiver at a beautiful Independent Living Community in Charlotte. As the Lead Caregiver you will be responsible for assisting the clients with personal care (showering, dressing), escorts to meals in the facility dining room, medication reminders, wellness checks, laundry, and light housekeeping in client apartments. In addition, your duties will include training new caregivers, and assisting with the schedule of the caregiver shifts.
