Job Summary

We're adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale up and grow our business next year. The ideal candidate has already made a huge impact in a small to medium sized business. You can carry a candidate and Hiring Manager all the way through the recruiting process right up to the offer. You have a “get it done” attitude and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve the business objectives!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own the full cycle recruiting process for all requisitions including, sourcing, interviewing, debriefs and closing candidates.
  • Own the ATS, use, and workflows.
  • Form a consultative relationship with Hiring Managers to understand their specific needs to attract and bring in top talent.
  • Strategically utilize LinkedIn, networks, cold-calling, and research methods to source passive candidates.
  • Provide and receive necessary feedback to fine-tune talent searches.
  • Experience in volume hiring, with the ability to prioritize.
  • A master at internalizing and voicing our vision and mission.
  • Own and grow our social media presence on social platforms.
  • Prioritize, organize, and manage workload efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using and owning Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • An engaging, authentic and fun personality.
  • A conversation and relationship builder with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Savvy negotiator
  • A “get it done” team player attitude
  • Technical or start-up company recruiting experience a plus
