Description
Responsible for processing all reservation requests and setup/registration of group business.
Responsibilities
- Processes reservation request information via all methods of communication
- Coordinates and assigns housing for guests
- Creates and assigns package codes for groups
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Work Experience, and Other Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Clerical and telephone experience (1 year minimum)
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Position requires working on a computer for an extended time involving visual review of documents and forms
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and bend, stoop, and twist multiple times a day
