Ridepanda is Hiring a Remote Product Designer

About the Product Designer position

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us lead UI/UX development and design. You will help craft our brand, develop a design system, and lead UI/UX development across B2C to B2B to B2B2C products. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Engineering, Business Development, Ops and Sales.

Product Designer responsibilities are:

  • Help develop and shape the brand of the company

  • Create a design system, set design guidelines, best practices and standards

  • Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

  • Develop original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks

  • Interact with the team to share and discuss design ideas

  • Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

  • Discuss designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

Product Designer requirements are:

  • 2 years' experience of Product Design experience, with a solid portfolio or fulfilled works

  • Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Good working experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design and wire-framing tools

  • Strong graphic design and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

  • Good experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process

  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
