We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us lead UI/UX development and design. You will help craft our brand, develop a design system, and lead UI/UX development across B2C to B2B to B2B2C products. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Engineering, Business Development, Ops and Sales.
Help develop and shape the brand of the company
Create a design system, set design guidelines, best practices and standards
Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Develop original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
Interact with the team to share and discuss design ideas
Prepare wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Discuss designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
2 years' experience of Product Design experience, with a solid portfolio or fulfilled works
Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Good working experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Strong graphic design and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Good experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
