Service Manager Performance Expectations:

• Ensure smooth and profitable operation of Service department.
• Ensure adequate number of trained technicians are on duty during hours of operation.
• Provide and / or arrange training, direction and scheduling for all department staff.
• Assume full responsibility for the proper use, security, care and maintenance of all dealership service equipment.
• Ensure that all customers are greeted, assisted and provided the opportunity to receive the maximum and most complete work performed on their equipment.
• Complete end of day reporting procedures.
• Direct, assist, and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Cashier completed repair orders, including warranty, and forward to accounting for collection.
• Adhere to agreed upon payroll budget.
• Abide and enforce all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and the dealership as a whole.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all department heads.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with powersports, marine, RV/camper, motorcycle, tractors/lawn equipment or other small engines
• Service Department experience highly preferred.
• Previous management experience highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be available ~830am-630pm Tuesday to Friday and ~830am-430pm on Saturdays
• Must be available year-round with long term employment objective

Salary starting at $50,000-70,000 depending on proven talent
