The purpose of the Ricoh Global Services Deal & Contract Management team is to win and retain profitable business with Ricoh’s largest global clients, through the creation and successful negotiation of commercial proposals across all lines of Ricoh’s business. This requires a deep knowledge and understanding of the client, the competitive landscape and Ricoh’s delivery capabilities. Our team creates competitive and well-crafted proposal packages including commercial pricing models and commercial terms and conditions using the standards and best practice developed by our team.
The Contracts Negotiations Manager (CNM) is responsible for successfully negotiating the global contracts that meet the deal approvalmandate given for each opportunity. This is a customer facing role that also works directly with a wide range of Ricoh-internal Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders.
