YOUR Mission
Our Residential Supervisors provide first-line supervision for a community residential program. They plan and coordinate a variety of staff and services to provide for the safety, guidance and training of individuals functioning within a range of severe to mild intellectual disabilities.
They serve as an advocate and role model to clients and coordinate the work of team members in utilizing community resources and facilitating an individual’s integration and active participation in the community. In addition, Residential Supervisors ensure that DSP’s provide competent supports and ensure that the individuals live in a safe, supportive environment.
When needed, Residential Supervisors provide direct care to support clients on all shifts, including occasional overnights, weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
This is a full-time, salaried position. Benefits include health insurance, vision, life insurance, dental, 403B Retirement plan, sick and annual leave.
Compensation: $45,760 - Salary based on experience, education, and references
