Rhino is Hiring a Remote Salesforce Administrator

Our mission is to give renters everywhere greater financial freedom to plan and enjoy their lives.

Our first product eliminates cash security deposits and puts more money back in renters’ pockets. With over $45 billion tied up in security deposits for 110 million renters in the United States alone, it’s time for security deposits to officially become a thing of the past. Tying up money at one of life’s biggest and most expensive moments just isn’t fair.

So we threw out the antiquated “way of doing things” and built a technology-driven insurance product to help bring renting into the 21st century. With Rhino, millions of renters across the country now have the opportunity to save with our award-winning deposit insurance. We’ve already saved hundreds of millions of dollars for renters and are trusted in over 2 million homes nationwide, and most importantly, we’re just getting started...

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement and execute on project plans. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and leading all aspects of a Salesforce project. Our ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce user and reporting requests;
  • Liaise with both management and individuals to deeply understand team needs, broader business processes, and key opportunities for greater efficiencies;
  • Not only provide day-to-day support (eg. managing users, maintaining workflows, ad hoc reporting requests) but also contribute to strategic organizational projects by proactively ideating solutions, building automations, and more;
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to provide accurate regular reporting for business forecasting and financial planning, as well as to identify significant changes and trends that impact the company’s growth trajectory;
  • Develop and own Revenue Team dashboards, processes, and analytics;
    • Grow the Marketing Team’s databases, while ensuring data integrity and governance;
    • Work closely with the Sales Team to optimize lead scoring and routing methodology;
    • Help monitor compensation plans to fully align with business objectives;
  • Manage data imports and lead database cleanup projects to further organizational data quality and accuracy;
  • Implement and maintain third-party integrations and applications;
  • Update and communicate organizational Salesforce best practices.

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Revenue Operations, with a demonstrated history of improving team productivity by providing data-driven insights for strategic planning and sales enablement;
  • 2 year experience in Salesforce Administration with a thorough understanding of Salesforce architecture, design principles, and best practices (Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus!);
  • Results-driven teammate who thrives with minimal guidance and prioritizes changing responsibilities in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communicator who can present complex data to the broader team as digestible and actionable insights;
  • Analytical thinker excited by the idea of building and quickly iterating on new business processes;
  • A thought partner and active listener who builds positive and productive relationships across teams.
