THE ROLE – How you will help us grow:

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all tactical digital marketing efforts for the five Rhino brands, as well as actively participate in the overall strategic direction, in order to build brand awareness, increase engagement and drive revenue. The Digital Marketing Manager will work to utilize all digital best practices to ensure a positive customer experience, to enhance SEO efforts, to analyze data and adjust for optimal performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with Marketing colleagues, as well as other departments to ensure brand, company and product integrity and to achieve results and goals in a timely manner.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Lead generation: leverage PPC, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums, and other social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to generate a steady stream of qualified leads for the organization
  • SEO audits, optimization, and best practices: website, content, landing pages, emails, etc.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery and expansion
  • Manage Pay-Per-Click: campaign construction, optimization, and results reporting
  • Conduct ongoing website optimization and improve usability, design, content, and conversion
  • Update website content
  • Communicate and coordinate all website backend enhancements with external resources
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing activity by analyzing existing data as well as historical trends to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements
  • Ensure brand alignment and consistency in all digital and social media marketing initiatives and communications
  • Provide support to other areas of digital marketing as needed
  • Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams
  • Stay abreast of the digital marketing landscape; research and communicate important best practices, industry trends and platform updates

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing related experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Fluent in all digital marketing techniques, including website, blogs, social media, email, etc.
  • Highly proficient with website supporting tools, including WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO tools
  • Advanced experience with digital marketing tools to optimize marketing and lead generation efforts
  • Ability to develop and execute high ROI digital marketing programs
  • Outstanding communicator and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results and deadline driven environment
  • Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner
  • Ability to pay attention to details and perform at a high level of accuracy
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Photography and videography capabilities are a plus but not required
  • Google Analytics certification a plus but not required
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits strong leadership skills.
