If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Hot Springs, AR.

Your Role :

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for troubleshooting broken equipment, quickly restoring the equipment to operation.

Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor assists the maintenance and engineering groups in determining solutions to technical problems involving rolling mills, separators, annealing furnaces, spoolers, and packaging equipment.

You will have the opportunity to :

• Directly manage approximately 25 employees in a union environment on a daily basis and manage all employees on various maintenance projects related to the aluminum rolling, separating and packaging process.
• Ensures compliance of direct reports with the Companys environmental, health and safety protocols along with other Company policies.
• Maintain hourly personnel files, which includes filing all documents related to Company policy such as employee counseling, time and attendance, work performance, etc.
• Occasionally, manage both production and maintenance employees to support 24 / 7 production with a 12-hour rotating shift.

Ultimately, you will be juggling multiple tasks in a production area in order to maximize efficiency and minimize cost while still maintaining quality.

We need you to have :

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 Years minimum experience in a unionized, maintenance department in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in Electrical Troubleshooting.
• Qualified in NFPA70 E for Electrical work.
• Working knowledge and experience with a preventive and predictive maintenance system.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading multi-craft teams
• Additional educational background or experience that includes experience with machine design, hydraulics and general mechanics.
• Ability to work in a team environment and employ problem-solving skills.
• Ability to able to demonstrate experience in working with a CMMS system.
• Have excellent written and interpersonal skills; a working knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel.
• Must be willing to work any shift, as well as overtime with weekend work mandatory.

BA / BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
