Plus, we have fun while doing it!The Role:RevolutionParts. is in need of an experienced Technical Recruiter with full responsibility and ownership over candidate sourcing, screening, coordination and calibration. In this role, you'll work closely with our leaders to help find and recruit the best talent for any positions of a technical nature.To be successful in this role, you'll need an intermediate to advanced understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process and how the current market trends for technical hires affect the internal processes and procedures for recruitment. You’ll need to be organized and a good planner with the ability to focus on filling several key positions at once while maintaining a high volume of sourcing and candidates.
