Revolution Company is Hiring an Accounts Payable Manager Near Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a knack for prioritizing and organizing workload. In addition, the successful candidate must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work at home and on-site a couple of days a week at either the Little Rock, AR, or Mesquite, TX facility.

  • Manage all aspects of the AP Processing Cycle.
  • Plan and implement systems and processes to improve the growth of the business unit and company.
  • Establish working rapport with business partners across the company.
  • Assists in preparing schedules and supporting documentation for external auditors.
  • Supervise and guide team members and train and motivate them to achieve project goals.
  • Assists in the implementation of new systems and other special projects.
  • Participates in month-end close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and budget-to-actual reporting.
  • Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Gathers and calculates data and assists in preparing various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management; ensures reports are accurate, complete, and organized on schedule.
  • Work with necessary companies and departments to resolve payment or A/P processing issues.
  • Provides high-level customer service within the finance department and to other business partners.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of Accounts Payable experience; One year in staff management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and be well organized while managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel reporting (pivot tables and MACROs) and MRP / ERP experience (Infor Syteline).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to articulate with a high level of business acumen, influence with data, respond across complex discussions, and engage with all levels in a polished and professional manner.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis to find management data points and trends.
  • Desire to drive change through process improvement and knowledge transfer.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process improvement experience such as Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events preferred.
