Revolution Brewing has evolved through the years as we ventured into new styles and took creative chances, all while making the freshest beer in Chicago. One thing that’s been consistent is the quality of our beer and the brand behind it, which is why we’re excited to hire a Brand Director. You’ll join our marketing team and showcase our beer, culture, and messaging to our loyal consumers. That means channeling creativity into actions that support our Annual Business Plans, working side by side with leadership and across groups to ensure consistent messaging, and manage our design & vendor partners. It’s an opportunity to translate Revolution Brewing’s brand into engaging consumer experiences!
Brand management means always adapting and learning, so you’ll find new opportunities for Rev through packaging, programming, graphic media, and merchandise. At the same time, you’ll control and maintain detailed guidelines and keep brand parameters consistent. Partnering with the Communications team will ensure your design direction and aesthetics remain in sync with Rev’s brand story, tone, and voice.
This role is at a brewery, so of course there’s internal collaboration for new liquid – you’ll participate alongside the innovation group as we create tasty new liquids, using that experience to develop marketing-related goals. Consequently you’ll stay up to date in beer styles and package formats that can increase scale or reach new occasions or distribution channels. There will be constant communication with the external design team and internal stakeholders, proactively informing statuses on deliverables.
You’ll then use that marvelous messaging you created when working with Rev’s sales team on promotions at both on and off premise retailers. On top of that you’ll manage the backend execution of exciting in-market contests and partner internally to create impactful components we’ll use in festivals and partnership activations, such as C2E2, the Chicago Fire, and Brookfield Zoo!
To help ensure your success, you’ll recruit and manage a design associate that will create graphic assets, POS, merchandise and more to help you succeed. They’ll manage e-commerce fulfillment for distributor partners and design creative merchandise for Rev’s own retail locations under your guidance and programming.

Due to the collaborative nature of working across departments, you’ll work on-site at our one and only Chicago production brewery, so you will need to be a local candidates that can commute to our offices regularly or planning on relocating prior to your first day.
