REV Renewables LLC is Hiring a Senior HR Analyst Near Houston, TX

Overview

REV Renewables is actively seeking a Senior HR Analyst (Benefits, Systems and Payroll) to join their growing team in Houston, Texas. This role is the lead and point person for our sourced vendor including administering various benefits. Senior HR Analyst will be responsible for the administration processes, procedures and policies for the company. Day to day assignments are focused on reporting, analyzing and ensuring compliance with our payroll, benefits and compliance administration. Will play a key role in assisting strategic initiatives throughout the company. Will work with HR team to research, plan, prepare and recommend changes, new programs and strategies across the company. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as a self- starter.

Responsibilities

HR Systems and Administration

  • Manage third party HR systems. Includes understanding and navigating through the different processes within the system.
  • Lead role in creating and analyzing reports for information, business decisions and monthly metrics.
  • Lead role in ensuring data in system is accurate, recorded and reportable.
  • Lead role in developing HR processes for implementation within ADP. Solicit stakeholder input and design process (document management, performance, approvals, etc).
  • Maintain employee records (employment and benefit) in system and files, including new hires and terminations.
  • Administer 401K feeds and enrollments.
  • Lead the review and recommendation process for enhancements, fixes and potentially new system vendors.
  • Keep up with and complete compliance requests, training, including EEO-1’s and census bureau.
  • Analyze HR trends around payroll, benefits and compensation

Benefits Responsibilities

  • Manage third party vendors for health and welfare, including broker relationships
  • Audit health and welfare plans including enrollments, terminations, discrepancies and billing for outsourced partner.
  • Collaborate with broker to manage plan design and statistics. Prepare recommendations and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Administer disability and FMLA for multiple states.

Payroll Responsibilities

  • Manage and audit outsourced third party payroll service and system.
  • Review and approve semi-monthly, bi-weekly and off cycle payrolls, including reviewing payroll journals, deductions and taxes ensuring proper coding.
  • Monthly review and audit of outsources vendor’s administration of wage garnishments, taxes, deductions, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll reconciliation
  • Ensures outsourced vendors compliance with state and federal regulations as they pertain to payroll.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • 6 plus years’ experience in professional HR role
  • Proficient in ADP Flex
  • Minimum of 3 of years’ experience as a specialist in benefits, HRIS or HR compliance
  • Strong analytical skills by way of proficiency in excel and previous experience with analysis
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
  • Experience with elevated level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
  • Highly resourceful and flexible in accomplishing tasks and solving problems; self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office expertise including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and/or time constraints yet maintain composure and accuracy in work output
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to identify problem situations and make recommendation on solution to management
