REV Renewables is actively seeking a Senior HR Analyst (Benefits, Systems and Payroll) to join their growing team in Houston, Texas. This role is the lead and point person for our sourced vendor including administering various benefits. Senior HR Analyst will be responsible for the administration processes, procedures and policies for the company. Day to day assignments are focused on reporting, analyzing and ensuring compliance with our payroll, benefits and compliance administration. Will play a key role in assisting strategic initiatives throughout the company. Will work with HR team to research, plan, prepare and recommend changes, new programs and strategies across the company. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as a self- starter.
