Role Description: Senior Supply Chain Analyst

As a key resource within the Operations Organization, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst will assist in Monitoring and expediting the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. They will be pivotal in coordinating procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. They will identify bottlenecks or problem areas and propose solutions.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst, through managing data integrity, data gathering, information analysis, and model development will drive efficiencies through developing key initiatives that directly impact growth, efficiency and profitability. You will prepare and present operational analysis of services, initiatives/projects, and general business operations. In addition, the role is responsible for designing, implementing, tracking, and driving continuous improvement projects – especially across the Provider Network and the Customer base.

This position provides daily direct customer, supplier, and provider engagement, requiring excellent communication, influencing, and program management skills. Interaction with the many areas of our organization is required to ensure our customer is provided with the highest quality of strategic, tactical, and execution support.

The overall purpose of your position is to ensure Customers have satisfaction with the key work processes associated with Customer Programs. You will be reducing friction, solving problems, and providing exceptional service to all stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity and Analysis
  • Operational and Financial Analysis
  • Order Management (Reducing Friction in the Process)
  • Inventory Management (Driving Inventory Accuracy and Optimization)
  • Sourcing and Supplier Management (Identifying/Qualifying, Selecting, Contracting, Deploying, Transitioning, and Performance Management of Suppliers and Providers for the Rack Business)
  • Logistics Execution Management (Providers are Doing the Right Things Right, Leverage Assessments)
  • Customer Support (Seeking Information, Program Satisfaction, Issues Resolution and Problem Solver)
  • Lean/Continuous Improvement (Dashboards; Development of Improvement Plans and Tactics with Implementation and Execution)
  • Understanding relational data and evaluate impacts
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or mathematics
  • 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Data Analysis, Operational and Financial Analysis, Order Management, Contract Management, and Lean/Continuous Improvement experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Visual Basic Experience is a plus
  • Exposure in Business Intelligence Software (ERP, TMS)
  • Experience in 8d, A3, Root Cause Analysis, and 5y is a plus
