Description

The warehouse manager's primary function is to oversee the daily facility operations. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Manage day to day operations for lubricant warehouse
• Manage shipping and receiving of all lubricant products bulk and package
• Know and follow all Quality Control Guidelines for lubricant products
• Dispatch lube drivers and fuel drivers’ daily routes
• Review customer monitors daily and schedule deliveries according to customer needs
• Interaction with customer service and sales to ensure timely delivery of product
• Obtain an accurate count of inventory at the end of each month and be able to account for discrepancies
• Manage warehouse personnel and drivers’ daily duties
• Foster a safe work environment
• Safely operate a forklift to move product within the warehouse and on/off delivery trucks

Requirements

To be considered for this position an applicant must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift operation experience required
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Minimum 25 years old to allow for operation of a company vehicle

While performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 20 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel.

• Successfully perform quality work within deadlines with or without supervision
• Interact professionally and confidently with other employees, customers, and contacts
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
