Retail Voodoo is Hiring an Executive Administrator Near Seattle, WA

The Executive Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact and support for the CEO and general administrative support for the office. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the executives' work. This is an Seattle-based role. On-site responsibilities a minimum of 2 days a week.

Executive Support Responsibilities:

  • Supporting executive level
  • Calendaring and scheduling for the CEO including prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  • Proof and edit presentations
  • Manage business expenses and turn them into accounting
  • Manage and coordinate travel schedules 
  • Ad hoc business support

Human Resources:

  • Employee on/off-boarding
  • Employee administration
  • Benefits administration, and related vendor management

Office Management:

  • Manage office and staff-related activities related to client/vendor office visits
  • Supply management
  • Liaise with IT
  • Project management support as needed
  • Manage vendors and related documentation
  • Plan and support agency culture events
  • Ad hoc office management

EXPERIENCE

  • 7 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with moving objectives and timelines.
  • Basic bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
  • Office365
