RestorePro Reconstruction is seeking a recent college graduate who is a self-starter with strong attention to detail to work as a Manager Trainee. This role will develop under the supervision of managers and alongside coworkers in various roles throughout the company. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, such as customer support, marketing, sales, operations, etc. We service homeowners and businesses that have claims related to a flood, fire, mold, or storm-related loss. This individual must be punctual and have exceptional time management skills. This is a rewarding role for someone who would enjoy learning the business from entry to executive level, where they have a direct impact on improving the lives of neighbors who have been affected by a property loss. Must be empathetic and have a sense of urgency and excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organization
• Learning to analyze reports to evaluate the organization's activity, gross profit, and sales
• Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business
• Create 3D scans of various types of properties that have been damaged by fire, water, smoke, mold, etc.
• Upload property scans into Encircle
• Communicating with Estimating Team to schedule work week
• Document visit and upload into internal CRM
• Communicating with the team about your progress on each project.
• Have soft skills to effectively communicate with property owners or authorized representatives
• Utilize Encircle, Hover, Matterport, and DASH systems 
• Drop off equipment to project sites
• Assist with billing packets
• Check endorsements
• Great attention to detail
• Help clean and maintain all company equipment 
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• AA/BA required
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
