Our Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a desire to quickly develop into a management level team member. We are looking for a next generation leader who can be ready to take on a management position in 60-90 days.

What the Hyper Wellness Representative Role Involves

• Assist customers with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health
• Educate customers about Restore’s services and the health benefits they offer
• Deliver a superior customer experience
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads
• Meet the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore’s wellness services
• Pinpoint and implement new social media trends
• Generate reports related to store performance
• Serve as a high performing member of the Restore sales and service team, leading by example through generation of sales leads, hitting or exceeding revenue forecasts and targets, and ensuring client needs are successfully met.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks while supporting medical staff and overseeing all front desk interactions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Initiate sales process by conducting and scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe Restore’s treatments and services with an expert knowledge base.
• Support and enforce all Restore safety compliance standards 
• Meet exceed high leverage revenue targets: Growing auto pay, medical Revenue and beauty revenue

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Hyper Wellness Representative

• You’re passionate about health and wellness 
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe. 
• Working weekends doesn’t bum you out 
• Communication and collaboration is one of your strong suits 
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
