Job Description
Restaurant General Manager:
We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to fill an opening immediately in the Delaware area. A qualified candidate will have 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager and will be able to perform the following task:
- Manage a restaurant like you own it.
- Be responsible for your food and labor costs.
- Oversee recruiting and training your own people.
- Build and maintain a business culture that is similar to a family atmosphere.
Our philosophy is to promote from within. Over 85% of our current Restaurant District Managers, have been promoted from a Restaurant General Manager position!
Average workweek, 5 day/50-55 hours per week.
Required Skills
- Three years experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred. Fast Food Restaurant Management a plus!
- Valid Driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
Desired Skills
- Must have 3 years Quick Service Restaurant Management / Assistant Restaurant Management experience in the fast food industry
- Able to work in excess of 50 hours per week
- Open availability
