RESPONSIBILITIES for Restaurant Manager
· Provide excellent food and customer service in a clean, safe and friendly environment.
· Manage the operations of a single restaurant; focused on doing what is right for the Company, our Guests, and our Employees.
· Accomplish revenue and profit goals set by the company through hiring, training and managing a capable crew.
· Position requires significant motivation, initiative, responsibility and accountability for increasing sales and traffic to maximize restaurant performance.

Required Skills

• 3 years experience in restaurant management
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license

Desired Skills

• 3 years Restaurant Management experience in Quick Serve restaurant operations
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year plus bonus for Restaurant Managers
