Job Description

Our Fast Food company is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers to manage daily restaurant operations of our very successful, high volume restaurants.

The Restaurant Manager provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Focal points include:

• Driving excellence in customer service
• Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications
• Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes
• Exercising basic, shift-to-shift financial control to meet the restaurant profit margin targets

Required Skills

• 3 years management experience in high volume, fast food/quick casual concepts, works with a sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial mindset, leads a team by example, is ambitious to continue developing in management and is guest service focused!
• Flexibility to work 50-52 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's license in good standing & access to private transportation

Desired Skills

• 3 years of Fast Food Restaurant Management. Fast Food / Quick Service restaurant management experience, a major plus!
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer service focused

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 for Assistant Restaurant ManagersImmediate interviews!
