Job Description
We're currently hiring Fast Food Restaurant Managers for our stores in Maryland. We're seeking salaried and hourly Restaurant Managers.

We will provide you with a comprehensive 8-10 week training course followed by additional ongoing career development classes designed to prepare you for advancement along our management path.
Responsibilites of the Restaurant Manager:
Responsible for managing the overall operations of a restaurant. Responsible for training and leading the entire restaurant staff in consistently delivering great customer service, by consistently providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean and safe restaurant environment. Responsible for building restaurant sales and profits. Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- 3years FAST FOOD Restaurant Management experience or any other Restaurant Management experience.
- Must possess a valid drivers license, insurance, and use personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other restaurants/business locations as required
- Knowledge of P & L's, running shifts, food cost / inventory, a major must. Will also consider individuals with a combination of restaurant management and / or food / retail management background.
- Must be available to work any day, and anytime, especially on the busiest days including weekends and holidays.
Desired Skills
- Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management experience. QSR Restaurant Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior in all areas.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year plus bonus for Restaurant Managers DOE
