Job Summary:

The Account Manager is the agency’s primary contact with the client. They will assist in developing client relationships through strong, clear communication and thoughtful strategic planning. They primarily assist other client service team members with day-to-day project management, inter-department communication, and growing key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients on a variety of levels and functions while managing client expectations
• Ensure all client deliverables are on time and within budget
• Assist with trafficking internal projects by working collaboratively with the creative, analytics, development, and media teams
• Contributes to analysis on account progress and recommends tactics for improvement
• Track action items across multiple client accounts
• Works with Accounting to prepare and deliver monthly invoices
• Project manage tactical implementations, assist in developing new media strategies
• Prepares reports and presentation materials
• Keep team members current on competitive tactics, positioning, and communication developments within client verticals
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to strategically optimize performance and ensure program is exceeding client goals
• Monitor KPI’s to discover trends, issues & opportunities

Qualifications:

• College degree
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience; agency experience preferred and direct marketing experience highly valued
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task and ability to meet deadlines
• Exceptional quantitative analytical skills
• Online marketing/advertising experience and/or agency experience preferred
• Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics and research tools
