The Email Marketing Manager is a champion of communication with customers through email and how it can be integrated into the overall brand experience. You enjoy writing creative copy that highlights the product offerings and can connect with our customer base across multiple stages of the customer journey. You can connect the data back to email campaigns to measure and adjust accordingly to drive retention of customers. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for planning, developing and implementing email strategies across the customer journey
  • Manage day-to-day email campaigns in alignment with the promotional calendar
  • Build and manage automated email marketing and measure the success
  • Create and design various CTAs and email templates
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for retention campaigns 
  • Build out content for post purchase emails and follows ups to customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, GTM & Experience teams to connect with campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to write compelling and creative copy that drives a call to action for sales
  • Lead projects around communications that connect with emails, such as SMS and website content
  • Pull email performance metrics and provide insights
  • Bring creative feedback to the table and brainstorm with marketing team on new ideas
  • Ensure all email content reflects the brand voice 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology or a related discipline
  • 4-5 years experience in content writing, email marketing, or similar
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Superb personal time management skills, highly organized, have the ability to multitask, prioritize workload and meet deliverables
  • A desire to learn and grow skills related to the job
  • Able to have fun and collaborate with others
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, adjust to changing priorities

SCHEDULE & HOURS

  • Full time (40 hours/week)
  • Monday-Friday (typically 8 hours/day) 
  • This position will be a remote first position with occasional in person meetings and events
