About the Role:

Reside Health is looking for a Data Analyst who is highly motivated by our mission to deliver an exceptional healthcare platform to employers and eager to grow our book of business. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving growth and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a lot of autonomy. As the first data hire at an early-stage company, you will work in Athena Health (our EMR) and Tableau (our BI Tool) to help glean insights to drive business growth.The role reports to the COO and is based in NYC. We are open to a permanently remote position for an exceptional candidate.

What you will be doing:

  • Use solid listening & critical thinking to design and create dashboards for management to make business decisions
  • Collects, analyzes and interprets business, provider, and reimbursement data
  • Provides ad hoc reporting, querying data and creating usable reports
  • Collaborate with other departments (operations, marketing, etc) to identify metrics and reporting to drive efficiencies
  • Translate customer insights into opportunities to continually adapt our care model

Who you are:

  • 1-4 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Highly systematic and process-oriented while being able to think holistically and strategically
  • Skilled at project management and highly organized
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced, startup environment 
  • High EQ and low ego 
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholder relationships

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Hands on experience analyzing large amounts of data using Microsoft Excel, as well as business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc
  • Proven track record in working with Athenahealth’s EMR to pull and manipulate data
  • Solid experience working with multiple data sources, data products, and data visualization are needed
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry dynamics
  • Have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, low ego, and high EQ
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
