JOB TITLE: Chief Estimator FLSA Exempt

Resia is seeking a highly talented and experienced Chief Estimator to support our US operation. The Chief Estimator will report to the Director of Preconstruction. The Estimating Department is responsible for preparing budgets and estimates for all Resia projects, and to support projects that are in the development phase. The primary responsibilities of the Chief Estimator includes creating a centralized cost database, performing full material and labor takeoffs (which include all MEP trades) while working closely with the Procurement Department to create accurate and reliable estimates. This key member of our team will passionately lead the development of creative, innovative solutions to construction challenges for large complex multi-family projects.
