Republic National Distributing Company is Hiring a Sr Product Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Overview

We have a great opportunity for an experienced product manager to shape the future of our B2B ecommerce solutions. Our ecommerce solution has been launched in many markets, but we have aggressive plans for expansion and growth, and we are looking for a product leader to make that vision a reality. Reporting to the SVP eCommerce & Digital, the Sr. Product Manager is the “voice of the customer”, leading our product delivery teams to launch new features that drive user adoption and deliver benefits for RNDC’s suppliers and customers. Working within an Agile delivery framework, you will set product strategy, build roadmaps, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate development with your design and engineering teammates. You are a confident decision-maker and are comfortable working with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

We’ll trust you to: • Drive our ecommerce platform product and business planning cadence across cross functional teams • Understand and analyze customer needs, market trends and make decisions that impact roadmaps and features • Lead our teams to develop and evaluate innovative product ideas and strategize go-to-market plans We’ll need you to: • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the confidence and skills to make that vision a reality. • Enjoy spending time in the market with our users to understand market challenges and find innovative solutions • Have excellent communication skills to work across the organization, to craft innovative product solutions and gain support at all levels of the organization. • Be a strategist that can translate our company’s high-level vision and goals into actionable product initiatives Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Analyze user segments, market trends, competitive landscape and product vision to prioritize the right features to drive user adoption and achieve business objectives. • Continuously maintain a three-year product roadmap that is aligned with product vision and objectives. • Develop and maintain business proposals to support product investment and track contribution to revenue gains over-time to support executive level requests and updates. • Manage product budget and prepare financial reviews of value streams • Collaborate with other stakeholders within the eCommerce team and across the organization to align on product positioning, priority capabilities and go-to-market strategy • Create and support the creation of user stories for current and future products based on internal and external customer feedback, market research and business objectives. • Develop product documentation and training (including user personas, journeys, educational one pagers) • You will be the internal and external product evangelist for our ecommerce solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications: • 5 years of digital product management experience, preferably in a B2B ecommerce environment • 5 years of experience delivering products and features in an Agile scrum development, leveraging lean startup principles. • Prior project management and support experience in an IT environment • Tech savvy and passionate about building innovative products that deliver great user experiences and achieve business objectives. • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making. • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information. • Deep understanding of product and market competitiveness • Proficient in productivity applications across the Microsoft Office Suite, digital collaboration and Agile product management technologies. • Curious and comfortable holding professional conversations with our target users • Confident and comfortable representing to large groups, including senior executives. • Excellent people and management skills to manage and communicate with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Education and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related major • CSM, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other lean/agile certifications preferred We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
