The Print Specialist will communicate with clients, staff, and vendors ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level throughout all projects.
We are seeking candidates with experience operating various large format print and finishing equipment who also possess graphic design/pre-press knowledge.
Most successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Knowledge of design programs (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop)
• Prepress, pre-flight and print layout knowledge
• Wide-format, digital press experience
• Finishing experience; mounting, laminating, cutting
• Background with quoting/estimating print requests & scheduling print production
• Awareness of various print media and substrates
• Project and time management experience
• Quality control and proofreading skills
• Detailed-oriented, organized
• Ability to multitask with effective time management to effectively prioritize workflow
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Resourceful and effective problem solver

Dependability and strong work ethic is a must. Must be highly motivated, organized and give superior attention to detail. It is necessary for this candidate to have effective time management, prioritizing skills, and to be able to multi-task. Staff members communicate daily with customers via phone, email, and in-person and need to be professional in both appearance & communication. Candidates must flourish in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment and be a team player with a positive attitude and leadership skills.
Work hours: 8-5/Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work limited overtime when needed.
Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience. Leadership skills are sought after and there is open opportunity for advancement in position and compensation for a qualified candidate.
