The IT Manager's responsibilities include oversight and delivery of end user services such as internet, Office 365, printer services, Azure Active Directory-based single signon, laptop/desktops, and similar. The IT Manager manages underlying network and other infrastructure services. The candidate must operate, maintain, and deliver these IT services in accordance within ISO- and NIST-based standards. Some of the IT services are delivered through managed service offerings from outside vendors; thus, vendor management and coordination is key. In addition to Office 365, other cloud services may be leveraged and the candidate will be expected to oversee and manage administration tasks (e.g. user account administration, troubleshooting, account provisioning/decommissioning) in those areas. The IT Manager is on the frontline for defending BE from cybersecurity threats using third-party vendors, controls and policies, monitoring, and plans for addressing any gaps or new vulnerabilities. The IT Manager will report to a senior executive and work in coordination with other internal departments to improve service delivery to internal customers. The current location footprint covers a single office site in Tysons Corner, VA.
The Buchanan & Edwards Internship Program hires qualified experienced professionals for a full-time paid internship, where you will learn new skills, explore our enterprise, network with experts, connect with thought leaders, and finish with a resume that will result in future opportunities.
