Renton Collections is Hiring a Collections Representative Near Renton, WA

Collection Representative

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time reliable call center/collections agent!

Renton Collections has been in business since 1981 serving the PNW region. We have become one of the largest collection agencies in King County and one of the most competitive in Washington state.

Compensation:

· Hourly competitive pay

· Unlimited Commission

Job Responsibilities:

· Operating a collections database system.

· Communicating calmly with consumers who may be upset or hostile

· Call consumers to secure payments on delinquent accounts

· Be compliant with state and federal collections laws (FDCPA)

· HIPAA compliant

· Meet monthly goals

· Participate in educational activities

Minimum Qualifications:

· Complete a full-time or part-time shift

* No prior collections experience is required, we offer paid training*

· Medical claims experience is a plus

· Ability to multi-task in a production environment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge and adapt to changes

· Ability to multitask

· Computer proficiency

· Professional phone etiquette

· Being familiar with the FDCPA and HIPAA is a plus

· Negotiation skills

· Strong desire to achieve goals

· Must be self-motivated

· Applicant must be able to pass a background check

· Strong work ethic is a plus
