Duties
- Post ads online (facebook, craigslist, etc.) for multiple different apartments all around the city
- Set up tours with prospective renters who respond to those ads
- Keep well documented notes in each online client file (using our CRM)
- Show the apartment to the interested client and answer any questions they might have
- Help the client with the application process
- Check in with your managing agent (who is a promoted full time agent) for guidance
Pay
- This job is COMMISSION ONLY
- For each successful tour (meaning the client applies, is approved, and moves in) you will receive a commission. You will be an independent contractor, much like a realtor showing houses but with a much lower time commitment.
- The average commission for a part time agent is about $175 per apartment lease. The amount of time from a client reaching out about an advertisement to signing a lease is about 1 to 2 hours worth of time.
