Renovation Brands is Hiring a Customer Service Account Representative Near Bradenton, FL

POSITION SUMMARY

Serves as an integral part of the sales department by providing support and assistance to customers, providing follow up to customer inquiries/quotes, processing sales orders and interacting with existing and new customers while providing superior customer service. In addition, this role will be responsible for execution and follow up of sample and backsplash orders.

This position is full-time. Work schedule will be from 8:00am – 5:00 pm.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support

  • Provide support and assistance to the sales staff
  • Answer multi-line phone system by screening calls, transferring calls, responding to calls, or taking messages
  • Assist customers and provide follow-up via phone, email, or chat
  • Navigate company specific system (NetSuite) to enter quotes, orders, and document sales inquiries on residential backsplash orders
  • Provide follow-up on all residential sample orders in a timely manner (7 days)
  • Manage the hand off of ceiling and/or commercial opportunities to senior salesperson in a professional, seamless manner
  • Assist sales team in accomplishing tasks assigned through NetSuite as required
  • Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of the customer, sales representative, and company
  • Perform general clerical functions such as scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Customer Service

Answer and manage inbound customer inquiries

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and personable manner
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquires
  • Report trends related to sales questions, product specifications, and customer desires
  • Collaborate with other departments in regards to timely resolution of customer issues
  • Stay informed and knowledgeable on all company products

Customer Orders

  • Assist in the delivery of precise and prompt samples and estimates to customers with proactive follow up to secure the sale
  • Assist in monitoring order status to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Serve as point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery
  • Address any production issues proactively with a solution based approach
  • Set up and maintain accurate records and notes in NetSuite

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant phone presence and sales skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask
  • Possess organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to be dependable and punctual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
