Sanctuary Treatment Sober Living is currently looking for Resident Aids / Mental Health Workers in Woodland Hills!
This position is responsible for providing direct service to clients, and for facilitating the smooth day-to-day operation of the program. This position collaborates as a member of the multidisciplinary team (Treatment Team) to deliver effective treatment.

Regular employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance. Other benefits include reimbursement for licensing fees; education assistance, employee referral bonus. Full time employees are also provided a Healthcare Flexible spending account with $250 company contribution. The company offers paid vacation, sick leave, 6 paid holidays, jury duty pay, direct deposit, and an Employee Assistance Program. In addition, the company offers a 401(k) retirement plan with 4% dollar for dollar match to employees who work a minimum of 1,000 hours per fiscal year.
