Field Marketing Manager JOB SUMMARY: Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing efforts focused on lead generation. The Field Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for establishing partnerships with retail storefronts and identifying and coordinating events that will be used for lead generation. This role will develop and manage relationships with third-party vendors and be responsible for establishing and managing a strong team of sales promoters who generate leads within vendor locations. There is a tremendous growth opportunity for this role with our organization, as the efforts of this position will directly support the growth of our high-powered outside sales team. NATURE AND SCOPE This position typically reports to a Director and/or President of the Company. We handle everything, from the free in-home consultation to the creation and installation of the product. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Market analysis and research to identify events and retail locations suitable for marketing· Cold Calling Businesses to present partnership opportunities· Creating and Sourcing Marketing Materials· Manage budget to meet/exceed cost of marketing goals· Responsible for all activities related to interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of the retail/event Sales Promoters. · Drive success and results in your team by living the Renewal by Andersen methodology and core values· Work alongside the team in the field, providing feedback and ongoing coaching· Set lead generation goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed· Provide detailed and accurate lead and sales forecast· Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team· Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment· Participate in weekly leadership meetings with leadership team to discuss opportunities in hiring, training, team performance, and new event opportunities· Create and implement a plan to exceed lead generation goals and increase the sales conversion rate in your team· Complete weekly/monthly coaching evaluations to ensure consistent lead-setting behaviors within your team· Lead monthly performance discussions with your team members· Lead bi-weekly team conference calls to report on business and behaviors in the field· Facilitate monthly training boot camps with your team· Schedule, staff, and participate in events and home shows.· Other job duties as assigned by manager QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:· Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; this includes evenings and weekends· 3 years of Management experience· 5 years of Business Development and/or Direct Sales experience· Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and analytic skills· Proven record of managing large teams successfully· Strong customer service skills· Strong motivational skills· Good verbal and written communication skills with flexibility of style to reach multiple audiences· Prior training experience is helpful· Excellent relationship building skills· Strong time management skills· Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office tools' knowledge and proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet· Must have your own form of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license· The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED COMPENSATION:· $80,000-$90,000 Base Uncapped Overrides Auto Allowance Cell Phone Allowance· Student Loan Reimbursement· Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k· Paid Time Off · Ginger Health and Wellness App· Great company culture· Yearly incentive tripsIf this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now!
