Member of our team working closely with our Finance, Customer Success, Launch, and Advisement teams. Responsible for several project-based functions as we work toward a more automated approach. Able to go with the flow and adjust responsibilities based on the current season of the organization.

Primary Duties

• Reviewing and auditing fields/numbers for accuracy or counts, especially within multiple platforms
• Problem solving, which includes asking questions, cleaning up inconsistencies, and communicating process improvements
• Making payments toward plan premiums on behalf of members typically through online or over-the-phone systems
• Learning and understanding complex contribution strategies involving payroll tax formulas and mid-month adjustments
• Matching payments within our accounting software
• All other duties as assigned

Experience and skills

• High level of detail, organization, accuracy, and efficiency
• Accounting skills or understanding of formula-based calculations
• Ability to ask clear, concise questions and then move forward with objectives
• 1 years experience with data management or entry
• Tool experience with: Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel), Google Gsuite products (Sheets, Docs), Quickbooks or similar accounting software, Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience with Christian employers, churches, or nonprofits

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience
• Health & Life License preferred
