By joining our team as a SILS Program Supervisor, you will provide skill-building support one-on-one with individuals living independently in our communities. Our individuals served are developing the skills necessary to maintain their independence while living with special needs including intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe and persistent mental health, and complex medical needs. You will work alongside the individual leading them to achieve the highest quality of life and highest level of independence possible.

We offer hourly supportive services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Supports may include daily living skills such as meal preparation and planning, general budgeting, housekeeping, medical appointment tracking, positive social interactions, and community engagement. Above all, the Periodic Services team members provide the opportunity of freedom otherwise not possible.

Qualifications:

Requirements: 

• High school diploma and related work experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Vehicle and Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
• Must have good decision-making, time management and communication skills
• Must be willing to travel to client locations
