RELYANT Global LLC, is currently seeking qualified Water Truck drivers for a construction project in Conroe, Texas. Water Truck Operators will be hauling loads of water and distributing throughout the project site for dust control and to control soil moisture content in order to achieve optimum compaction density, including reloading the water truck as necessary. Qualified candidates must have a current and Valid CDL. Candidate may need to travel for this position on a limited basis.

Position Responsibilities

• Safely operate water truck to haul and distribute loads of water as directed.
• Production Water Drivers assist in cleanup of spills on locations as directed by supervisor.
• Closely measure tanks when hauling water to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with on-site staff and offer assistance as needed.
• Complete tickets at locations as well as at the disposal report how many bbls, were hauled/transferred and how long it takes.
• Accurately complete all paperwork such as time sheets, water tickets, and records of loads hauled/transferred daily and submit to supervisor.
• Must fill out Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report (per DOT regulations-if applicable), Vehicle Inspection Report, and Driver Daily Log each day and submit to on-site management daily.
• Evaluate truck(s) daily to ensure they are maintained and in good working condition.
• Must keep vacuum pump greased and oiled, check oil, tires, hoses and fittings daily. Notify supervisor of all problems immediately and perform minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs as necessary.
• Must be dedicated and willing to work, including overtime hours

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience as a water Truck driver in the construction industry
• The ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to work in high pressure situations and projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work with various materials on the worksite in a knowledgeable fashion
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have a current CDL (Required)
