Reliant Healthcare Group is Hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) Near Katy, TX
Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals at our Katy clinic. Our clinic provides ABA therapy and counseling to children from birth to 21 to help them overcome struggles with communication, behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. We strive to create a collaborative, safe, friendly, and fun work environment.
Clinic location: 21630 Merchants Way, Bldg. 2. Katy, Texas 77449
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data during each 1:1 teaching session
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions with BCBAs and other team members
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other members of the treatment team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and families is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
