Each guest seated at a table should be served together - Timing is important. Respond to questions with informed answers. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push, pull and wipe. Must be able to frequently lift and carry food, beverage, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description Additional Job Description Complete knowledge of and strictly abides by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving; Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for the entire shift. 2 years experience as a Fine Dining Server. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. High school graduate, some college preferred. Food handlers and TIPS certificates are required. Previous front-facing guest service experience required. Must read, write and speak the English language fluently.
