Job Description Summary As a member of the brand marketing team, the Digital Performance Manager is responsible for the measurement and data-driven operation of our digital channels. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure channels are optimized and aligned to achieve digital objectives for our rapidly growing hotel company. Job Description Marketing Manager Additional Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for developing and maintaining a KPI framework aligning strategic digital objectives with channel execution. Collaborate with channel and analytics leads to ensure that initiatives have clear and measurable outcomes from planning through deployment. Identify areas of opportunity to drive material results towards performance goals. Evaluate potential initiatives and product changes to estimate impact. Prepare materials and summaries of digital performance results to share with peers, stakeholders, and executives Partner with digital team to ensure measurement strategy is a consideration throughout execution. Work with Analytics and IT teams to stay up to date on best practices and tools for analysis. Qualifications 4 years of consumer marketing experience focused on digital performance management Demonstrated proficiency in multiple digital marketing channels (web, paid search, organic search, display, email) Hands on experience with digital analysis tools (i.e. Google Analytics) and general BI tools (i.e. Data Studio, Tableau, Dataroma) SQL skills a plus Strong problem solving and consulting skills Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Benefits Sonesta recognizes that benefits play a vital role in helping ensure the health and financial security of employees and their families.
